I have taught College students (mostly Freshman, but also Sophomores, and AP students) over 11 years, in five different states (ME, MA, TX, CO, and NH). I am passionate about the Arts: especially: 1) Literature; 2) Classical Music; 3) The Cinema; 4) Modern Visual Arts I know how to relate Literature to various disciplines in the Arts & Humanities, in a positive and colorful way, opening up my students' horizons to related and enriching cultural experiences. I care about Cats, and like to be close to the ocean and coastal towns, when I can! I am also interested in various Metaphysical / Theological topics. In Literature, aside from knowing my Modern period well (American, British, & European), I specialize in Literature of the "Strange, Fantastic, and Supernatural."
