Previous tutoring experience for university students , primarily math tutor for math ranging from algebra, geometry, trigonometry to introductory and advance vector calculus. I am very personable and I love helping others learn, especially math! My hobbies and interests include: playing guitar, playing soccer (UVM Club Soccer), rock climbing, camping, hiking (my profile picture is me and some friends during a rainstorm on a 5 day backpacking trip a couple of years ago!), skiing and meeting new people. I also love to teach math! I grew up in the nation's capital, Washington, D.C. on Capitol Hill, and have recently relocated to Burlington, VT. My favorite part about teaching, is showing others what actual applications my passions can have in the rel world, and the positive impact one can make with a higher education. For example, I hope to go on to graduate school and study material science engineering. Hopefully, with this further understanding I can make a lasting impact on the realm of solar cell research and help improve the efficiency rate of solar panels. Ultimately, I want to make the future of the world as beautiful and livable a place as it is today. I think everyone is capable of contributing to this through education!
